What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy

Extended Holiday Returns

In addition to our standard 30-day money back guarantee, all orders  placed between November 9th and December 15th, will be eligible for an extended “exchange” period until January 11th, 2024.

  • All holiday exchange requests must comply with our return policy instructions.
  • In order to process an exchange, make a request by contacting our customer service at (877) 834-1434 or contact us here before January 11th, 2024.
  • Items must be physically received in our warehouse no later than January 17, 2024.
  • Items that are received after the exchange deadline will not be accepted.
  • The item that is being exchanged for must be of equal or greater value than the item that is being returned.

◇Extended Holiday Returns does not apply to Pre-Owned Items

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

In order to return an item, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number online, please go to the Returns Center. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten days.

  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • The RMA number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges) Note: you may exchange or return it for a refund within 14 days from delivery for Pre-Owned items.
